Origin

This is an original Variant made for Reindog, based on an Egyptian mummy. His gem of power is in the shape of a scarab beetle, an insect commonly associated with mummies.

Trivia

The choice to replace Reindog's heart shaped gem of power with a scarab beetle could be related to the ancient Egyptian practice of replacing a mummy's heart with a heart scarab.
