Origin
Luau Velma is a Variant based on Velma's Hawaiian outfit that appears at the end of the Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! episode "A Tiki Scare is No Fair".

Trivia
- This Variant was originally named Hula in the second Tech Test.
- In the McDonald's collaboration, this outfit is included on a sticker sheet intended to be put over a card with Velma on it.
