Profile Icons, also known as simply Icons, are a type of cosmetic item that can be collected in MultiVersus. They serve as the player's main avatar, with many of them referencing elements from the franchises represented in the game.

- During the Offline Mode hiatus, players were unable to access their Profile Icons collection, and their pre-established Profile Icon defaulted to Player First.
- A blurred Profile Icon can be spotted in an early screenshot from the website, between the 20 Minutes Adventure and Reindog Icons. It is currently unknown from what universe it hails from.
- This website also showed off Rick and Morty content way before any of it was officially confirmed to be in MultiVersus.
- The Player First Profile Icon was originally known as Default Profile Icon prior to the Season 1.05 Patch.
