Origin

Muddy Jake is a Variant based on Jake's depowered form that he's turned into in the fourteenth episode of the first season of Adventure Time, "The Witch's Garden".

Trivia

As stated above, Jake, in this form, can't stretch his body like normal. Despite this, Jake still can stretch and morph his body during gameplay. To explain this inconsistency, the Variant has mud all over his body, because in the episode Jake mistakenly believes that rolling in a magical mud puddle is what gave him his powers.
