Signature Perks
Signature Perks are Perks tied to specifics Fighters in MultiVersus. Each Signature Perk is exclusive to the Fighter they are made for and, rather then granting various buffs like Regular Perks do, they change the way some attacks or passive abilities work.
These Perks are unlocked by leveling up their respective Fighters. During the Offline Mode hiatus, all Signature Perks are available from the get-go.

Unused/Removed Signature Perks
Both Arya Stark and Taz had a Signature Perk in the Closed Alpha that would later be replaced in the Open Beta:
- Wounded for Arya Stark (replaced by Betrayal). Its icon will later be reused for Betrayal.
- Right Back At You for Taz (replaced by I Gotta Get In There!).
Additionally, the official Perks webpage also contains icons for supposedly unused Bugs Bunny and Rick Signature Perks (known as Safety and Portal Catch respectively).
According to early datamines, the Portal Catch Perk was originally in place of the Squanchin' Pyrotechnics Perk in Rick's skill tree, and the Esports Kit also includes an unused Velma Signature Perk known as Educated that shares Studied's icon, however its unknown if this is an unused perk, or just an error.
Inside of the files is another (as of now) scrapped Perk for Velma, called "Good Reception". Its icon seems to have never made it past the placeholder phase. Black Adam also has an unused Signature Perk called "Bubble" in the files, not much is known about it.
Trivia
- One of the in-game screenshots from the Media section of the official website reveals that Signature Perks were originally called Unique Perks.
- If the player equips 6 Signature Perks fast enough, the game will recreate the game's main theme jingle.[1]
