Origin
This Ringout is mainly based on the logo used for Scooby-Doo's Scoobtober programming block that has been airing during Halloween seasons on either Boomerang, Cartoon Network, or Max ever since 2020. Said programming block is actually adapted from an October 2017 promotional event on Boomerang's SVOD service, which had a vampire-dressed Scooby-Doo as its mascot.

Trivia
- Currently, a second, glitched, version of Count Scooby can be found in the player's Ringout VFX Collection tab from the Offline Mode hiatus that's listed as being Common. If this Ringout is selected it will instead play Default A's animation in-game.
