Space is an available Map in MultiVersus. It was revealed during the Into The Verse episode "Long Live the Queen" on October 14th, 2024. It released a day later on October 15th.

Origin

The Space Map, alongside the Beach Map, is an original location made for MultiVersus. It was a theme regularly used in Rifts mode as early as the Tutorial.

Layout

Space

The Map consists of a large body with three small platforms above it: one in the center, and two hanging partially off the sides.

Space (Ice Pit)

This variation is drastically different. There are two enclosed areas at either side of the Map separated by a wall. Above these areas are 4 nozzles that can spray cold air, applying ICE. There is also a platform with a green button. When pressed, the floor and the wall separating the enclosed areas will move away and leave the entire bottom of the map open. After a while, they quickly return.

Theme Songs

The normal variant of this Map uses Wistful Wishes, while the Ice Pit variant uses The City of Townsville theme.

Trivia

• Space (Ice Pit) was previously called Mojo Jojo Doom Dojo (or Mojo Jojo's Doom Dojo) when first introduced in the Naptime is Over! Rift. It was changed after the 1.3.2 Patch when it was added to the PvP Map list.
