Teen Titans Tower
The Teen Titans Tower is an available Map in MultiVersus hailing from the DC Universe. It was revealed in the Official "Stars Collide. Pies Fly." Launch Trailer on May 20th, 2024 and was released alongside the 1.2.2 Mid Season Patch on August 20th. It has a 3 variations.
Origin
This Map is based on the Living/Main Operations Room of the Titans Tower, the main base of operation of the Teen Titans. Its design appears to be a combination of its incarnation from the 2003 Teen Titans and 2013 Teen Titans Go! cartoon shows. Shaggy and Jake the Dog can be seen sitting on the couch and playing video games on the Titans' TV, with a box of pizza and Silkie sitting besides them (NOTE: Shaggy and Jake won't show up on the couch if they're being played as). There are multiple games the two of them can be seen playing, "Starfire's Quest: The Legend of the Legendary Quest" (an adventure game featuring Starfire and Silkie that comes from Teen Titans Go!'s "Video Game References" episode), a fighting game without a title featuring the Titan Robot and Gizmo's Robot, and a third game called "The Grid" (a possible parody of The Matrix). Two video game boxes can be seen near the console: one with the title "TT (short for Teen Titans) 10 in 1" and another one named "Cypac" (a parody of PAC-MAN with Cyborg). Starfire's plushies, doors that lead to Robin's and Raven's rooms, a magic pentagram summoned by Raven, a picture of Batman and Robin, a green lantern power battery, Raven's pentagram, a drawing of Robin's birdarangs, Red X's mask, Raven's Sparkleface figure from the in-universe Pretty Pretty Pegasus cartoon show, and a guitar (referencing "The Night Begins To Shine" episodes from Teen Titans Go!) can be seen inside the room. Jump City, the Jump City Aquarium and a statue of Aquaman, the H.I.V.E. Tower, the Wayne Manor building, the Whack-A-Doodle amusement park, the Demon's Tongue Mountain, a sign with Batman's symbol on it, the Chemical Bear building, Harvey Dent's (Two-Face's) building, an advertisement for the Food Bear restaurant, Zippy's Pizza pizzeria, the Boots by Robin building, The Brain's Headquarters, and the Jump City Candy Factory can all also be seen outside the windows.
When the Tower enters Lockdown Mode, the TV will display a "Warning Lockdown" sign and the windows will turn red with various warning signs appearing on them. Shaggy, Jake, and Silkie will also cower behind the couch. In this state the TV can also briefly show either Slade's icon or the Control Freak.
Layout
Teen Titans Tower
This Map consists of a giant body with two walls (that also act as platforms) are placed on both sides of the body. The wall can be permanently destroyed if enough damage is dealt to them. Floor extending to the blastzone is present on both sides of the Map, but will retract a few minutes after the match begins.
A button will occassionally appear at the center of Map. If pressed the Tower will enter Lockdown Mode for a few minutes, which will cause the previous breakable walls to be replaced with hard, unbreakable walls which last until the Lockdown Mode ends. If Hazards are turned off, then the button won't appear.
Teen Titans Tower (1v1)
The main body is significantly smaller. The retractable floor and breakable walls are completely absent, two small floating platforms appearing on the map instead.
The Hazard is almost the same as on the default variation, but instead of unbreakable walls replacing the breakable ones, the two small floating platforms will be replaced by one giant platform which will stay on the map's center until the Lockdown Mode ends.
