Beach is an available Map in MultiVersus. It was revealed during the Into The Verse episode "Long Live the Queen" on October 14th, 2024. It released a day later on October 15th.

Origin

The Beach Map, alongside the Space Map, is an original location made for MultiVersus. It was a theme regularly used in Rifts mode as early as Surf's Up!.

Layout

Beach

This Map consists mainly of a giant body with four small platforms arranged in a diamond pattern (two at the sides, the third above the fourth in the middle)

Beach (Sandworms)

This variation has a single, far larger body with no small platforms. Occasionally, Sandworms will pop up from the sand and dive back in.

Theme Songs

The normal variant of this Map uses Wistful Wishes, while the Sandworms variant uses the Scooby's Haunted Mansion theme.

Unranked: The City of Townsville (1v1) has been added to the 1v1 queue. Dexter's Laboratory 3 has been added to the 1v1, 2v2, and FFA queues. Beach has been added to the 1v1, 2v2, and FFA queues. Trophy's E.D.G.E. 3 has been added to the 1v1, 2v2, and FFA queues.

Space has been added to the 1v1, 2v2, and FFA queues.

Trivia

• Beach (Sandworms) was previously called Sandworm Infestation when first introduced in the Ghost with the Toast Rift. It was changed after the 1.3.2 Patch when it was added to the PvP Map list.
