Cooldown is a prominent mechanic for the Fighters, made to put a limit on the usage of certain moves: replacing them with new moves outright depending on the character.

On COOLDOWN, Arya does a spinning stab forward that BREAKS ARMOR. The aerial version is the same.

Batman

BATARANG
On COOLDOWN, Batman does a swipe with his bladed arm. The aerial version is the same.

BAT-BOMB
On COOLDOWN, Batman pounds his fists together and ELECTRIFIES them, causing his next MELEE attack to apply SHOCKED.
