Origin
The White Kitty is a minor antagonist from the original 1998 The Powerpuff Girls TV show. He is secretly an evil genius who can hypnotize people to do his biding, and can also talk with a masculine human voice.
The White Kitty as he appeared in "Cat Man Do".
