Custom Game
Custom Game, known as Create Online Lobby in the Open Beta and as Custom Online Lobbies in the Closed Alpha, is an available game mode in MultiVersus.
About
Create Online Lobby is a mode that allows players to create their very own online lobbies where they can select the rules. The host can choose one of the following game modes for a match: 1 Vs 1, Teams, and Free For All. They can also select the Maps and the time and Ringout limit, as well as activating and deactivating Map Hazards. Up to 3 other players (or bots) can be invited in this mode.
Spectator Mode
During Season 2 (Open Beta), a spectator sub-mode was added to this game mode which allows up to 4 players to take the role of a spectator and watch the other players/bots battle online.
Update History
- Fixed an issue with team colors and HUD colors while spectating
- New Mode: Spectator mode is now available for custom games! Become the ultimate support teammate and cheer on your friends without entering the ring yourself. Lobbies can support up to 4 spectators per game.
- Added an option to edit Perks in Custom Game mode.
