The Mystery Item is an Item that could've been obtained and used in combat in MultiVersus.

The Item has been completely scrapped as of the full release of the game.

Origin

The Mystery Item was an original Item created for the game that resembled a question mark in two circles. However, the individual Items it summoned hailed from a variety of different Universes.

Function

Once picked up, the Mystery Item would've granted its user one of the other Items of the game.
