The Health Kits were Items that could've been obtained and used in combat in MultiVersus.
The Items have been completely scrapped as of the full release of the game.
Origin
The Health Kits were original Items created for the game based on medical kits.
Function
As they're names suggested, all three types of the Health Kits used to heal a bit of damage for the Fighter that picked them. The amount of damaged healed differed based on what Health Kit the player picks, with the Health Bottle giving the smallest amount of heal, while the Big Health Crate giving the biggest amount.
