Toasts are a type of Currency in MultiVersus.

Earning Method

Players are given 5 Toasts daily upon logging in. More Toasts can be obtained by completing missions, getting "Toasted" by other players, or by purchasing with 50 Gleamium . Certain Bundles also include Toasts.

Players who have linked their WB Games account with their Twitch account and watch MultiVersus streamers that have the extension enabled will also be rewarded 10 Toasts.

10 Toasts were also given out to players who watched at least 30 minutes of the 48 Hour Scoobtober Twitch Livestream (U.S.A. only).

A limited amount of Toasts can also sometimes be picked for free from the "Daily Deals" section of the Store.

During Season 2 exclusively, 100 Toasts could've also been traded for 1 Medal , 10 Toasts could've been traded for 5 Cybucks , and 50 Toasts could've also been traded for 1 Green Beetle .

During the Open Beta period, players could've also purchase 10 Toasts for 350 Gold . Toasts were also available in the Battle Pass and Fighters' Mastery Tracks.

Usage

Give/receive 5 Fighter Currency to/from other players.

Open Beta

Give/receive 20 Gold (or 15 Candy Hearts during Valentine's Day seasonal events) to/from other players.

Trivia

If the player Toasts someone while having the Default Announcer Pack equipped, the Default Announcer has a chance of saying "Toasty!". This is most probably a reference to the Toasty! easter egg from the Mortal Kombat franchise, a fighting game series also owned by Warner Bros. Discovery.
In the victory animation for Combat Gizmo, he can be seen cooking a piece of toast above a campfire.
