Unlock Method

Fighter Mastery Track

Used to be unlocked by reaching the following Mastery Levels with the following Fighters. Other Fighters could've also unlocked this Perk via Perk Training.

• For Steven Universe: Mastery Level 11.
• For Velma: Mastery Level 12.

Function

Solo

Your team's heavy projectiles deal 1 stack of ice to enemies that are not affected by ice if the projectiles knock enemies back.

Stacked

Your team's heavy projectiles deal 2 stacks of ice to enemies that are not affected by ice if the projectiles knock enemies back.
