Unlock via a Gem Booster, which can be earned through Battle Passes, Missions, Events, and in the PvE Rifts Mode.
A limited amount of Gem XP based on this Gem can also sometimes be picked for free from the "Daily Deals" section of the Store.

Function
This Gem allows player to charge attacks faster and gives a attack boost. The increased charge speed and boosts vary depending on the Gem's level.
