Missions
Missions are in-game challenges that can be completed by players in MultiVersus. Most Missions are Season-exclusive. Missions reward players with Battle Pass XP, Event XP, Gem Boosters, Toasts, Perk Currency, Fighter Currency, and (starting with Season 3) Cosmetic Items. Certain Missions, known as "Premium Missions", can only be completed by players who own the current Season's Premium Battle Pass.
Completing enough Daily and Weekly Missions will reward players with a 
bonus, and, exclusive to Season 5, a special lootcrate that includes 
, other Currency types, Cosmetic Items from previous Seasons, and even Fighters. The crate can give duplicate Cosmetics and Fighters.
There are 5 types of Missions:
- Training: Missions that encourage players to complete certain milestones. Only appear for new players.
- Daily Missions: Missions that refresh daily. Bonus Battle Pass XP rewards are also given out after completing a certain number of Daily Missions.
- Weekly Missions: Missions that refresh weekly. Bonus Battle Pass XP rewards are also given out after completing a certain number of Weekly Missions.
- Prestige!: Limited time set of Missions which reward players with Prestige.
- Fighter/Variant Missions: Missions that can only be played with recently unlocked Fighters and/or certain Variants.
- Event Missions: Missions that reward players with Event XP for the Events they are tied with.
- Ranked Missions: Missions that can only be completed by playing Ranked.
