- Daffy Duck (Looney Tunes) - Cameos as a floatie in Issue #2.
- Condiment King (DC) - Seen taken into custody after terrorizing a Big Belly Burger restaurant in Issue #2. Later revealed to just be The Joker in disguise.
- Starro (DC) - Briefly cameos in Issue #4 as an "ACME-produced" stuffed toy launched by Harley at Superman.
Trivia
- Despite being shown on the covers for the comic series, Tweety, Wile E. Coyote and Brunhilde Bugs' pony do not actually appear in the comic itself.
- Coincidentally, all of them hail from the Looney Tunes universe.
