Origin
This Ringout is a reference to the twenty-sixth episode of the first season of Steven Universe, "Ocean Gem". It is named after a quote spoken by Lapis Lazuli when Steven Universe and the Crystal Gems confront her about stealing the world's oceans and building a tower of water into space.
