Unlock via a Gem Booster, which can be earned through Battle Passes, Missions, Events, and in the PvE Rifts Mode.
A limited amount of Gem XP based on this Gem can also sometimes be picked for free from the "Daily Deals" section of the Store.

Function
This Gem gives the player a chance to ICE an enemy on hit and gives an offense boost. The ice chance and offense boost vary depending on the Gem's level.
