Foghorn Leghorn is a very large and bombastic rooster known for his Southern accent and bad habit of lecturing people. He is one of the most recognizable characters in Looney Tunes.

Besides his Announcer Pack, Foghorn doesn't play any significant in-game role.

- Foghorn Leghorn's inclusion is likely due to a popular meme from April 2024 of him lecturing other (typically anime) characters.
