Unlock via a Gem Booster, which can be earned through Battle Passes, Missions, Events, and in the PvE Rifts Mode.
A limited amount of Gem XP based on this Gem can also sometimes be picked for free from the "Daily Deals" section of the Store.

Function
This Gem gives the player the ability to create The Joker's balloon after using all air specials and gives a attack/defense boost. The boosts vary depending on the Gem's level.
