Unlock via a Gem Booster, which can be earned through Battle Passes, Missions, Events, and in the PvE Rifts Mode.
A limited amount of Gem XP based on this Gem can also sometimes be picked for free from the "Daily Deals" section of the Store.

Function
This Gem allows the player to start a match with gray health and gives a attack/defense boost. The amount of gray health and boosts vary depending on the Gem's level.
